This is Stephanie in Austrailia.........where the Lord of the Rings was filmed! See her view for morning yoga! Wow! She writes: My yoga practice began in the early 80’s when I was living in the United Arab Emirates and teaching. I continued the journey as I returned to the US in the mid-90s and completed my PhD in Special Education. My practice took a break until about three years ago, when to my great delight, a friend introduced me to JoAnna. I look forward to our Tuesday sessions and also practice at home or on the road.
